Ready to move forward?

Ahhh!  Finding yourself ready to apply for a puppy is so exciting - I am so glad that you're here!  Bringing home a new puppy is a big commitment, one that we take very seriously.  It's easy to see a cute puppy and fall in love and make a rash decision, so please know that it's imperative for you to think this through.

  • The date we receive your $500 Reservation Fee becomes your spot in line for picking your pup so you'll want to get that sent in as soon as possible.

  • If you're applying for a puppy that's currently listed as available, payment will be due upon application approval - we do not hold puppies so be sure to be prepared prior to applying.

Filling out the application below will help us learn about you, your lifestyle and your dream puppy.  Please know there are NO wrong answers.  Through your answers and our communication together we can hope to find the best suited puppy for you!  We just ask that you read the FAQ page in its entirety before filling out the application.  We are extremely thorough and want you to be educated on our process and feel confident in your decision to move forward.

  • If you're applying for a future pup, you may bypass this step
  • We have two lists to choose from to help us organize all the families in our program and give everyone the most accurate time lines possible:

    (1). The Seekers List - for those looking to bring home a pup as soon as they see the puppy they are searching for usually within the next 6 months.

    (2). The Dreamers List - for those looking to bring home a pup at some point, but not exactly sure when they will be ready, usually more than 6 months from now.

    Please remember we cannot guarantee a puppy during your preferred timeframe. Knowing each families' timeline helps us give better estimates to everyone.

  • Please note, there is no "wrong" answer. My goal is to match the personality of the puppy to its new living arrangement.

  • Blue, Brown, Marbled, Two different colors, etc.
  • Please describe what size your ideal puppy would be full grown. Please note, size is NOT guaranteed, but I can give you a good idea.
