From the moment you know you want to make a Toy Aussie a part of your family, any kind of wait feels a little unbearable (like how it took forever for Christmas morning to finally come when you were a kid.)  I understand!  I live with a whole bunch of adorable dogs and still can't get enough.

You should know that most reputable breeders will have some kind of wait time.  Elite breeders, like us, typically have wait times of 3-12 months, depending on the type of coloring you are looking for.  This is actually a good thing and a sign of a thriving program.  We are very proud that many families in our program come back to us for second or even third puppies, because Aussies are just like potato chips - you can't have just one!

We believe in a Right Breed, Right Breeder, Right Dog philosophy.  Once you are sure that a Toy Aussie is right for your family, your next step is to find a breeder that you want to work with to find your future pup.  The families in our program appreciate the quality of our puppies and our program.  They are done shopping and know they want to work with us.  That is the time to place your deposit.  From there, we will work with your family to match you with your Right Dog.  In the event that life throws you a curveball, we like to be as flexible as possible, which is why as a courtesy we offer a refundable deposit less a $50 admin fee.

We ask ALL of our families to wait until they are 100% pawsitive they want to work with us, and our program before applying.  If you are still shopping and/or not quite ready to place your deposit, we invite you to stay in touch by getting on our mailing list for pupdates.  If you are ready to complete your application, you can do that HERE.  Once your application is approved, we will send you a simple link and instructions for completing your deposit.

One of the things that is unique within the world of Toy Aussies, compared to breeds like Golden Retrievers, is the amount of variation that any given litter may contain. Mother Nature is in charge of heat cycles, pregnancies, numbers of pups born, coat and eye colors. We work very hard to communicate what we know as soon as we know it. Once we approve your application and receive your deposit, you will receive regular updates on upcoming litters, detailed information on the coloring and personalities of each available puppy, get access to out VIP area, and receive an invite to our private Facebook group of past and future adoptees.

While some breeders sell the chance to jump to the front of the line, I believe that type of system is fundamentally unfair.  In our program, you get to pick in order, based on when your original deposit was received.  NO ONE gets to jump the line so you ALWAYS know your spot is secure.  We publish all of our lists in our VIP area so everyone can see exactly where they are at in line and who else is interested in picking from a particular litter.
